The heart of a man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.
Proverbs 16:9
I love a good adventure, laughing until my sides hurt, a good movie, the outdoors, experiencing new things, and learning and talking with others about Jesus. Along with many other things, I also enjoy writing. I am writing on WordPress to share with others what I am learning and experiencing in this life. Blogging, to me, is like a journal or diary that you have given many people the key to. I love that others can read what is on my mind, my everyday life, and what I am experiencing in my relationship with the Lord. I pray that what I write will be encouraging for others to read.
I graduated from Bowling Green State University in May 2010. I received my Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. However, I have decided not to get my masters or work in this field. I know, seems like I wasted a lot of money and time. But I don’t see it that way. I am thankful for my time at BGSU and the growth I experienced there.
I recently got a full-time job as a Preschool Teacher and I plan to start taking classes for my teaching license through Ashland University in January 2011. When I am not teaching or in class, I volunteer with Campus Crusade for Christ on OSU’s campus leading a bible study and discipling college women. I am also getting involved with my church working with the greeting/hospitality team and working with the junior high youth group.
Through a series of events, this is where God has led me this year. We will have to see what He has for me next… God has continued to show me to just have faith in Him and He will figure out the rest. I am more focused on living for eternity and living to serve God that will best glorify Him. I am living today to experience the ultimate tomorrow. I am only promised today anyway, right? Yes. I know that God is good. I have full and complete faith that He has a plan for me- a good plan- and knows what is best for me. I am so excited to find out what it is!
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Wait a minute … in the last photo at the end … are you laying on the floor … or is there a hole in it that you are hiding with your arms? Interesting!!!
